I have recently downloaded and installed the Axis Security plugin for Revit 2024. This add-in allows you to download any of their security cameras directly into the Revit model. When I open up the product selector within the Axis add-in and then try to download you get the following message: 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object'. I have spoken to Axis and they can't find anything wrong with their product.
Anyone any idea why the Revit families won't download?
