I have Revit 2013 and have not had a single problem with the program since I installed it on my new computer over 5 months ago.
I have however, been unable to sign into Autodesk 360 for week. The error says "The Service is Temporarily Unavailable."
In an attempt to fix this, I followed the solution suggestion on the community forum and downloaded the hotfixes for 2013. After I added them to the program file Revit was unresponsive. I sent an error report to Autodesk that suggestes I download the most recent update for 2013, which I then proceeded to do.
After installing the update, Revit completly crashed and ever since I get the error message "An unrecoverable error has occured. The program will now be terminated..."
I have tried removing the hotfixes and restarting my computer with no luck. Any ideas on how to fix this? I need this program for school and work. I need it back up and running ASAP.
Hi @Anonymous,
Sorry to hear about the issue. Could you provide us your systems specifications? Have you checked to make sure all of your graphics drivers are up to date? You may also want to try dumping your temp folder.
Thanks Matthew!
I actually managed to fix the problem! I was planning on doing a clean unistall/reinstall of the program however I chose to give the "Repair" option a try instead. The Repair worked and I haven't had any issues yet (knock on wood).
