Air Terminal Hidden Lines Not Printing

When exporting to pdf or printing to Bluebeam pdf in vector processing, the hidden lines of the supply air terminals (under a duct) don't print. The hidden lines are visible in the view and sheet, but when it prints, it doesn't show up. The weird part is that the hidden lines print fine for the return air terminals. The families are fine, as this doesn't happen in any other project with the air terminals. When printing in raster, it prints fine for both supply and return. Screenshots attached. Any ideas?

Hmmmm so just that file, just that family.....

  • Does it happen in every instance of the terminal family, when it's hidden, in that project?
  • If you fence select the duct and terminal with a crossing window (dashed window vs solid window), are only 2 elements listed?

Could you upload the project file for us to look at?

  • You could also copy the file and delete all but that Duct and Terminal from the images.
  • maybe at least upload the Air Terminal?
