Air flow Problem

Hello, 

I am having a issue where the air flow works up to the point where the ductwork meets the louvre. When I connect the ductwork to the louvre, it doesn't pick up the flow and the duct loses the flow back to where it passes out of the fan, any ideas?

It probably has something to so with the flow of data throughout the system.

In one of the connected elements the settings are not matching your system.

For these particular issues you can use the system inspector to determine the flow of air.

This one helped me out quite a bit.

I'm suspecting that the preset is not the correct one here, but has to system, seeing as the airflow is determined by the flow from the terminals through the fan. But flow of data is different that flow of air. That document should help you out fixing this problem.

sounds like an issue with the connector setting on the louver. either that or like @Anonymous said, a system mismatch. 

Can you post the model? or duplicate the model and delete everything but the system and post it.
