Adding sheet category

Trying to add sub-categories to our current template which currently lumps all disciplines together. 

Currently it is:

Sheets

                E100      

                M100

                P100

                etc

I would like it to be as below:
- Sheets

                -Electrical

                                E100

                                E200

                                Etc

                -Mechancial

                M100

                M200

                etc

-Plumbing

                P100

                P200

                etc

I tried to follow THIS  example but it is different in our Revit 2020 version (do discipline category)

Suggestions?
