Adding different thickness to fabricated duct insulation.

I'm pretty new to mechanical, and once I learned that I needed to export a .MAJ file I was sad to learn I had to convert my whole file to fabricated model. after I learned some of the ins and outs of that, I notice that the fab duct only has an option for 1" inlay, or 2" wrap... not sure why its so limited, but I did some digging to make new thicknesses. I found something for pipes, and followed it but tried to apply that same logic to the duct, but it didn't work.

what am I missing, does anyone have a link to a step by step on how to add more thickness options to duct in Revit?

thanks.

I did reload the configuration, but that didn't make a difference. one thing i noticed was that the "ductwork: +2in WG" was greyed out, which I assume only happened because I'm using those elements. I figured I'd share just incase that meant something.
