Add "Panel Name" Parameter

Is there a way to add the same "Panel Name" parameter that's present on panels and transformers to a custom piece of electrical equipment? It's easy to add a new text instance parameter, but I want to be able to use the same tag on custom-drawn equipment (disconnects, enclosed circuit breakers, automatic transfer switches, etc.) as is used on the preloaded equipment (panels, transformers, etc.).

as long as the family is created using the correct family template "Electrical Equipment"

that parameter is a built in Parameter

I knew the parameter was built in. I can create a new family using the Electrical Equipment category, but then to get the "Panel Name", I can't select "Equipment Switch" as the Mechanical Part Type within the family and keep the name (or mounting or enclosure) parameter for the family. If I'm building a panel or transformer, then I'd select the appropriate part type and be fine, but for when I'm building a disconnect, the most accurate part type (equipment switch) would also remove the option for the naming, mounting, and enclosure. I can just select the inaccurate part type to get around this, but I shouldn't have to lie to Revit to get what I want out of it, as smart of a program as it is.

sometimes that is the only way to get the results you want (lie)

ypu can add a new parameter from project parameter and make this parameter in sheet and panel

The other way to solve it might be to use an appropriate parameter for the mechanical switch type. Then, in your tag add a duplicate label over the 'Panel Name' label. When you tag the electrical equipment it will either tag the panel name or the other parameter. As long as no family has both parameters, this should do the trick.
