Add-in: point layout is missing

I am using Revit 2016.

I have inserted all my duct hangers using Fabrication parts. More than I want to count.

I searched and discovered there should be an add-in for adding points to the hangers so they can actually use the drawing for laying out the points in the field, imagine that.

I do not have the APL add-in. 

And of course I need this now, they are pouring the concrete very soon.

did you purchase point layout?

No. Didn't notice that it was a separate purchase in the online help. We have the Ultimate Design Suite, does that include it, maybe?

no it does not come with any of the Design suites or collections
