I cannot activate the program. Each time I try, it says serial number not valid even though this was the one given to me by Autodesk. I have tried chatting with the virtual assistant but they can't help me because the serial number is not valid. So, I created a support ticket to see how I can activate. The ticket was closed because it says the serial number is not valid. I am at a loss of what to do. Anyone have any ideas?
