3D view items not showing up.

I'm doing multidiscipline coordination and I tried doing a few different 3D views. For some reason, only parts of different items appear and some don't. Rather than showing the whole duct layout only a section here and there will show up. I'll post pics of what I can see and what I should see. I have ducts and pipes on different worksets but all ducts are on the same workset and the same with the plumbing. The elevations or offsets are the same for all the duct branches and the pipe branches.

Hello,

Are they in the same phase, or are you using the same phase filter?

Another option is to check worksets visibility, if used.

Thanks for the reply @fabiosato I'm not using any phasing on this project, but I did check and there was no phasing. All the ducts are on the same workset, that's why it makes no sense that only some ducts show but not others. On the third image I have a group of ducts selected and I circled the workset as they all have the same workset. I really have o clue what could be causing this issue.

do you have a view template assign or section box is hidden and check your view range setting or the objects missing is far behind the original location and activate your bulb icon maybe it was hidden. thanks

Probably a bit out of date now but have you checked this list: https://revitforum.org/showthread.php/441-Can-t-see-it-in-the-view-Here-s-33-reasons-maybe-why

In particular are there any view filters in the view? If so selectively disable these to discover if one of these is accidentally hiding your stuff?

Lastly, I suggest that you upload the model for others to investigate.

Have you tried changing your line style to wireframe? sometimes I find that there are layers that do not look as if they are there are and will block  what I am looking for.

Are the associated levels the same, and heights of the missing pipes accurate for the entire run?

If you mass select the elements on your floorplan view, type BX with them all selected creating a selection box, can you see the elements then, if not try turning on all model category types in your visibility graphics and see if it shows up.

If that does not work at all, focus on the elements that are not showing up in that view, highlight one of them, and use the BX function again, does this element show up in that new selection box? if it does show up, consider deleting the old view that is having the issue, then adjust the crop region of this selection box, rename it to what you need and go forward from there.

The ducts and everything that is missing was hiding in place. I turn on the light bulb and i could see everything. I don't recall turning anything off at any point. Thank you to anyone that replied, this is a great community.
