When linking Revit files - option to show hidden in all views except current

When linking any files, but in particular Revit & Point Clouds, it would be nice to have an option to start with only showing the link in the current view and having it turned off on all other views until you decide otherwise and then you could manually turn on the link from the other views via the visibility graphics manager.

This would be similar to the AutoCAD link check box option "Current View Only" except it would actually link to all views, but have the object turned off in all other views.

I also wonder if the same thing could apply to linking the AutoCAD files the same way and streamline the entire process to be the same for all linked / imported objects.

We handle this by putting the model on a workset that is off by default.

That's a great work around Josh

Thanks,
