Wall - attach top and bottom

Is there a shortcut to decide wether to attach a wall to the Top or to the Bottom?

Now we have to find with the mouse the right box to check, would be much easier with a shortcut.

Also it would be lovely if we could choose to either "detach Top", or "detach Bottom", without influencing tho other constraints...

Can you do this for me, please?
