Not certain I understand - could you explain with a little more detail?

all I can think that Tanrevitttwcf,

is trying to say is that when rendering in 2017 you don't get the results as you would have in 2015 as opening his model I see its from Revit 2015 and I think from 2016 onwards there is only one rendering option, not sure if that is what he meaning or maybe that the rendering results that you get in 2017 don't look realistic enough as of those from Vray for Revit 2017.
 
Complete guess, as I tried to render his model in 2017 using custom render settings and rendering till satisfaction and it doesn't look anything like his though some render images were missing.
