VOID Cut vs Uncut Visibility Settings or REVEAL VOIDS mode

VOID Cut vs Uncut Visibility Settings or REVEAL VOIDS mode

Voids need to be part of Object Styles and V/G Overrides, so that we can control their visibility, both for Cutting and Non-cutting Voids.

It would be very helpful to see the void objects in focus, perhaps a REVEAL VOIDS mode.

Thanks,

This improvement would be very important for German Revit users. In the Revit Wishlist 2017 in Germany it ranked #17 out of 52 wishes. You can find more information on https://www.rug-dach.de/

I love the new option in Revit families and the ability to parametrize cutting

but there is one issue I'm having with this:

When a SHARED family is loaded into a project, and a part is not cut, you can see the void when selecting the family.

example of voids inside the family:

the extra lines you can see here are all the voids that are not cutting.

Would be great if we could at least have another option to hide them when not cutting.
