Vector atop Raster when printing with Coordination Model

Vector atop Raster when printing with Coordination Model

I cannot get my structure to show up properly because Revit demands to raster print the entire sheet.  Just composite my objects as vectors atop the rasterized coordination model as the background. I am having to print twice, stitching my vector print sheets for my model as a "watermark" overlay atop my raster print of the coordination model sheets. Revit should be doing this for me.

I found that if you link a model that contains an embedded coordination model (nwc or nwd, I suppose since it is hidden in all of the Revit 2021 options for Visibility Graphics) it will force you to print in raster mode. There is no way to kill this coordination model and no information to tell you which linked model it is hiding inside of.
