Uppercase to Lowercase and Lowercase to Uppercase

In Revit we can Lower case to  Upper case for annotation and text. But con not change the Upper case to Lower case.

It might be especially helpful to add a user-defined list of exceptions -- strings of characters when, if found in the selected text, will always be converted to how it appears in the list of exceptions.

In other words, we often want to convert all-caps to sentence case, but that turns things like "LVL" and "NBC" into "lvl" and "nbc", requiring manual correction afterwards.  But if Revit knew, for example, that some abbreviations were to be left alone, it would reduce the corrections.  Of course there will always be edge cases like "W8x21" or "L4x4x1/2" that are just too onerous to try to define exceptions for, but a simple list like I've described would seem to be an easy way to save at least some effort.
