Releases of Roombook Areabook Buildingbook for new versions of Revit have not had their files (rfa/rvt) upgraded to the new Revit release version (currently RAB for R2023 installs families that are in R2018 format). So when for example RAB for Revit 2023 is used, one keeps getting a message that " Your model is being upgraded" every time you click on an element in Areabook, say. See screenshot attached.
To overcome this issue, with each release of RAB for a new Revit version, Autodesk could simply upgrade each of the files (rfa/rvt) included in RAB (76 in the R2023 release) so that they match the intended Revit release prior to issuing the new RAB version.
This would save Revit users from experiencing this annoying issue, and having to log a support forum ticket, and subsequent case, like I did, to find find out how to overcome this issue (which also required changing the permission on the folder that contained the RAB rfa/rvt files).
