Units (Not Groups or Assemblies)

This would be massively helpful for our office.

In ALL of our housing projects, we have issues creating repeating dwelling units in Revit.

-We need to be able to create views and schedules of the "unit", like assemblies

-We need to be able to filter the units, like assemblies

-We need to be able to make changes to one instance which updates in all other instances without breaking references, like groups

-We need to be able to copy and rotate units, like groups

-We need to purge unused units when there are no instances, like assemblies

Currently, I can find no adequate workarounds.

What's about Revit Links? It's the more efficient way to go when working with multi-building projects (specially with repetitive buildings).

You have to create a separate project for each typical building and link them all in a Site proyect.
