The Unit Rounding settings will round up or down based on nearest - we'd like to be able to chose whether to always round up or down to the nearest value (basically enforcing a rounding UP or DOWN if desirable).
E.g. "UP to nearest 10" or "DOWN to the nearest 100". I assume one would keep the current "To the nearest 1000"-format and then have a checkbox of whether to use mathematical rounding, or enforce a CEILING or FLOOR style of rounding.
