Add the ability for the developer to add a color border around the active UI View or after calling Document.GetAllActiveViews().
Would operate similar to Reveal Hidden Elements, Enable Temporary View Properties, etc.
If native command is called on the view, clears out the override added by the developer and give a way for the developer to be alerted that the clear has been called by the API on the view.
Also add the ability to display some text on the view the exact same way as Enable Temporary View Properties, etc.
