TOOLTIPS - Problem Overlaps

Minor annoyance, but once in a blue moon ToolTips will float over my witness lines and dimension strings and hotspots.  In the middle of an operation, needing to zoom/move/wiggle around to get the tooltip away from something I need to see or click on, is SUPER annoying.  It would be super awesome if the tooltip could float out of the way in these situations.

Thanks for taking the time to submit your idea. Unfortunately, this idea did not get the support of the community over the last 6 months and as such we will not be pursuing it at this time. Please feel free to rework (titles and clear descriptions are really important) and resubmit this one down the road.
