Tag families should rotate according to assigned angle in a dependent view

The tag in Revit should rotate according to the assigned angle in a dependent view. Currently, they rotate in the dependent view if the "rotate with component" option is selected. However, the tags which have a specific angle assigned do not rotate as expected in a dependent view. 

In the below screenshot, notice the difference in rotation for tags with "rotate with component" & the green tag with the angle assigned. The rotation can be compared with the sample text.

I have not given any angle, but it is rotating automatically in the dependent view, while in the view it is correct.Dependent viewMain ViewTag Angle Horizontal but showing vertical
