On average, we have 4 people working on the same model. We have decided to set synch times for each person, so that the central model isn't choked up with 2 or more people trying to synch at the same time.
I would like to see an option in the synchronization reminders , that allows you to set a time for when the reminders pop up. For example, person A will synch at 1:00 , 2:00, 3:00, etc. Person B would synch at 1:10, 2:10, 3:10, etc. person C :1:20, 2:20, etc. etc. Each user can set their reminders to pop up at their designated synch times, rather than having to rely on our memories. Maybe include a field below the " synchronize with Central model reminder interval" that says, "beginning at <insert time here>".
The less things to remember during a busy work day, the better!
