Stairs should have plan region built in

Stairs should have plan region built in

When creating a stair, there should be a plan region option automatically built in so you can adjust the height of the cut without having to add a plan region manually every time.

Or call it "Cut Height" and have an Instance setting that allows you to adjust that way....

"Cut Height" must be per view parameter, but Revit does not have per view parameter for model element except rebar.

So developer must do a new entity - view modifier for applying it on stair. This is almost the same as plan regions, but it is applied strictly with stairs without affecting neighboring objects.

Maybe just a context option to create a Plan Region for the selected Stair (that encloses the extents). That said, it would be helpful to make it a property so you don't have to deal with the unexpectedly large Plan Regions for diagonal stairs (see Stairs' cut symbol in wrong position within plan regions, etc.)
