Stair runs with 0 distance, and generate correct landings and rails

Sleepingfish_Kuo_0-1738898500368.png

When create a stair with 0 distance of runs.

It can't auto generate landing. (The landing on picture is draw by sketch.)

Please fix it. Not everyone needs a open between stairs.

And the rails looks like this (since it generate on side of the stair and has 2.54 offset, not in the stair).

Please change the rail to be create with the sketch line inside the stair directly.

@Sleepingfish_Kuo ,

The offset of the railing should be set in its Properties before the stair is created. I was able to create a 0 distance stair with landing and no issues in Revit 2025.4.

Note this is the OOTB Assembled Stair. No other adjustments were made.

The stair model behavior without left/right support has never been fixed.

Concrete stairs without lateral support are quite common.

But I need to draw by sketch for each landings and railings.

Ah, thank you, @Sleepingfish_Kuo , for the additional clarification!
