Please fix the issue with the Stair Waist to Floor interface.
In actual construction, the waist should extend to the underside of the floor that it is connecting to, however we end up with the issue whereby the stair just stops vertically at its' connecting floor - refer to the attached images.
Referring to Monolithic Stairs, if that connecting floor was a landing then it connects perfectly, why is this not the option for when it connects to a floor, especially where the stair and the floor are of the same material/construction type (example concrete), then it should at least be allowed to be joined as one material.
This has been an ongoing issue with Revit for many years now and needs to be resolved. I would mark this as an error in modelling when in actual fact its a flaw with Revit.
This is a very important thing, but developers ignored it to solve this problem for years. Maybe they can't solve this issue. Maybe their knowledge is not enough to solve this simple problem.
