This has always been an issue since I started using Revit back in 2009. Stacked walls only seem to clean up correctly if they are intersecting another stacked wall of the same type. If there is any variation in material elevation with the stacked wall it is joining, the stacked walls are almost impossible to have clean up and look correct in plan. This needs to be rectified as it has been happening for way to long.
