I have a project where one of the blocks is not oriented to Project North or True North. So I have a skewed scope box which allows the views to be placed square on a sheet.
All is good, except the spot elevations labels are aligned to the Project North whereas all the other annotation is oriented to the view or the component they're attached to.
There should be an instance or type option to choose the rotation of the Spot elevations - Project or View.
There is a "Rotate with Component" type property, but that only changes the rotation of the symbol, not the text. This aligns the symbol with either Project North i.e. the label or the view.
