We need to be able to specify/change a family's instance parameter default values from within the project, in a similar fashion to "Default Elevation."
Right now the only way to change an instance parameter's default value is to edit the family. But this essentially prevents us from being able to create new family types from within the project if you need the type's default instance parameters to be different than the duplicated type.
