Snap to ellipse

Currently the shortcut SC fails to snap to an ellipse's centre. Add the ellipse centre to the point snaps.

 

Yes, this similar to the archived: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-ideas/snap-lost-on-splines-offsets-and-ellipses/idi-p/6884416 bug report.

Also they do not offer intersection snaps. In R24.1 they still don't.
