Show Only Selected in plot dialog

The Selected views/sheets option of the Print dialog allows you to filter to only View or only Sheets.

That makes it a little bit easier to pick what you're plotting, but I'd like to see another button added for "Show Selected/Show All"

Cuurently, once you've selected the Sheets you want to print, it's very difficult to QA your selection. You have to scroll through the entire list again, and hope you've pciked the correct Sheets.

If there was a "Show Selected" button, your list would be filtered down to only the Sheets that would be printed, thus making it MUCH easier to QA the list to ensure you didn't miss anything or accidentally include one you don't want.

That would be a nice option. I would like to see that the printdialog option gets an entire revision. For us its totaly useless.

I would suggest u take a look at the RTV Xporter. I know its another tool and i hate to use tool and wait for upgrades but its worth it.

Publishing documents takes a lot of time, any effort to improve this is worth it.

However I agree with @schlueter, the RTV Xporter is a time saver.

I agree, printing is clunky but I accept it. I have another comment for the same area of Revit.

Revit defaults to show all Sheets + Views, I have never printed a view by itself. I wish the default was Sheets only, then you can dig into views if you wish. Alternatively, could revit just remember your last "Show" choice

Thanks for taking the time to submit your idea. Unfortunately, this idea did not get the support of the community over the last 6 months and as such we will not be pursuing it at this time. Please feel free to rework (titles and clear descriptions are really important) and resubmit this one down the road.
