Section Box Visualization - More Detail

In any 3D axon or perspective view, editing the section box is a bit blind - how can I tell where along my building the section box face I'm editing is going to land?  Yes, I know one answer is, "go to an elevation or plan view and adjust the box to land where I want."  But I don't want to have to switch from one view to another.  I'm lazy like that.  Instead:

1_ in the 3D view, show some sort of a live view of where all of the various objects are going to be cut as I'm moving a face around.  sort of like when you see an object getting laser scanned, y'know?

2_ allow Align to work with this feature - I'd love to be able to Align-to-Center of a window and slice that bad boy right where I always want it.  You know you want it too.

3_ in plan, when I'm drawing my selection box before doing the BX shortcut, it would be great for the boundary of the box to be visible before I have to wait for the 3D view to get built.  Maybe something like PS's marching ants line?

I do the section box thing on daily basis to show managers and colleagues sections of the building - Revit (and Navisworks) is really lagging behind other software that do real time cutting for decades now - comes to mind sketchup and tekla...

I usually just export it to one of those (or  Lumion) and do walk and fly through as in revit is very frustrating.

Hello from Spain.

I would like a real time section box operation in a 3d View, viewing the cut at the same time that we are sliding one of its faces.

Now, when we are moving one face of the section box, we cant see the result in real time. Only when we release the slider the view gets updated, and then we notice that the operation has been wrong, and need to be repeated again... and again... specially working with very complex geometry or point clouds.

Some other programs, like Sketchup, ReCap,... have the ability to to a crop or section box in real time, and the operation is much faster and almost error free.

Following again my - great - Architectural Team's suggestions based on their needs... It would be nice to see the actual part of the model within the Section Box or Scope Box while you are adjusting their boundaries in 3D Views, similarly to the Navisworks Gizmo when you are sectioning the model with planes.

Scope Boxes are really useful and it would be great if they could be more "controllable".

Hi Autodesk developers.
I love the new improved section box controls that came in Revit 2018.2 version. 
One thing that still can be better is when you adjust the section box in 3D it doesn't update the cut before you release the mouse button. 
I want it to update the cut when you are dragging the grips before releasing the mouse button. Tekla bim sight, solibri and other software uses this method but not Revit. 

Can you please fix this?

This improvement could be an on/off feature, because not all computers can handle the real time processing.

It will be very nice to have this for realtime cliente presentations.

Would you please convert this section box to something more smooth like Navisworks and Tekla section boxes
