Schedule Lists

Schedule Lists

Just like we can create Sheet Lists, I would like to create Schedule Lists. My particular application is that I'm currently working on a job with over 100 panel schedules, spread out over 15 sheets. I would like to create a 'Table of Contents' to put on the first panel schedule sheet, so that anyone looking can find the panel they're looking for in the list and see what sheet it's on.

This may also be helpful for other types of schedules, too.

This Idea brought a smile to my face!

There are Dynamo possiblilties that create panel schedule keys on the bottom right of the sheet.

For example if you have 9 panel schedules on the sheet it will get the name of each and place them in a 3x3 square box on the bottom right of the sheet. If you take this one step further you can possible get the index you want.

@Anonymous, I know nothing about Dynamo. It's been on my to-do list for a while to try to dig into it a little. Part of the problem has been that I am unsure of even what it can do. This sounds like a good project to try out. Where do you suggest I get started learning how to implement the panel schedule key?

Just like when learning Revit you get pieces to the puzzle and have no idea how they fit in. Then one day the piece you saw long ago fits in somewhere in the big picture of the software puzzle.
