Schedule Formatting

Schedule Formatting

There needs to be a way to edit/format schedules with greater ease. Currently there is no way of editing text size of 'Totals' and 'Grand Totals'. This leads to the totals shown on drawing sheets at a different size to all other text within the schedule.

Frustratingly it has forced our hand in having to use manual text on the drawings itself to make totals readable! This goes against the very basis of using calculated totals.

Please make this a new update feature!

I'm curious what you're seeing when you say

totals shown on drawing sheets at a different size to all other text within the schedule.

I'm seeing that the Totals and Grand Total font changes with the "Body Text" setting under the Appearance Tab

Grand Total font.PNG

(Font set here to something weird for illustration purposes)

The below screenshot is an example of a drawing sheet with the schedule view on.

The text for all columns is editable but the grand totals row is not and cannot be edited.

You're getting a different result than I am somehow.

It works for me.

Does it change if you make the text in the schedule 5mm and then put the schedule on a drawing sheet? That is when the grand totals do not update.
