Schedule Appearance - Separate Body Text for elements in Previous Phase

Within Schedules Properties > Appearance allow for a different text style to be assigned to elements from a previous phase. This would provide a visual difference between new (in-scope) and existing (out-of-scope) elements in the same schedule.

I think this would be better served using the conditional formatting in schedules if they allowed it to change text properties (colour, bold, italics, etc) in addition to the cell colour.

Then you could add the phase created parameter, make it hidden and use that to format.
