Room Separation lines not visible in elevations

Room Separation lines not visible in elevations

Make room separation lines not visible in elevation views. There is no reason to ever see room separation lines in section, elevation, or anything other than plan.

I saw some Idea posts to have an option to make room separation lines not plot - that's fine, although not very WYSIWYG - but saw nothing about room separation lines always showing up in elevation. Sure, they are "model lines", but special ones that only have value in plan. And sure, I could make all of my default elevation templates have room separation lines turned off, but why do we even need to go through that trouble if we never want to see them anyway?

Does anyone ever want to see a room separation line in elevation? If so, why?

Comme on... There are bigger phis to fry than that. Your template should be prepared to hide room separation lines for sections and elevations... They have their own controlable category, what more could you ask other than have a shortcut to turn them on and off as needed without adicional temporary templates. Everyone, focus on the bigger picture please.

What more could I ask for ... well, nothing I guess ... except the thing I actually took the time to create an Idea topic about and ask for!

@Anonymous Let's be a team! You focus on the big picture, and I focus on the small picture, and then we'll have everything covered!

I'm with susana.

I'd much prefer the developers focus on things we can't currently do at all in Revit rather than making something we can already easily do slightly easier.
