Room Area Computation per View or View Template

It would be great to change the Room Area Computation for different Views or View Templates. 

The current processes are useless or very time consuming where codes apply to different departments in multi-use buildings:

• Setting this globally does not help.
• Turning off Room Bounding for a set of walls and placing Room Separation Lines is time consuming, and also creates unnecessary warnings with the 'Room Separation Line and Wall Overlap,.....'.

When selecting a Wall, you have the option to check Room Bounding, maybe introduce another parameter below this to select where the boundary should be, or give an option to place an offset from exterior/interior face.
