Dear,

I work with Plant3D.
But my client ask a final project all 3D in REVIT.
When I export my Plant 3D from EXPORTAUTOCAD I loose all attributes, datas, lines numbers, valves numbers & others.
This is not a good job for him.
I've serched on the web a solution.
In autodesk Products nothing really good.

I'm disapointed. I risk loose my client.

I find this Es-Iso & Ez-Spool from Huensystem.
https://www.huensystem.com/

You know this addons ? Have you tested?

The cost of its addons is important and I cannot afford to test them.

Waiting your response...

In advance thanks

Best regards

Jean

Have you tried using the IFC export tools to move your model from Plant 3D to Revit? You'll still some features but get most of the 3D model.

thanks - David B.

One of the most important thing in MEP execution is Isometric drawings. It is not possible to prepare iso darfts in Revit directly. In many piping software, users are able to create Iso Draft without any plugins or auxiliary programs. It is a good idea to have Iso Draft module in Revit.

Plant3d and Revit does not interoperate in a good level. There is no way to export to IFC file between those two softwares, so I created this idea:

Vote for it.

There is a way to use PCF file format to export/import from and to Revit. Is not that easy but maybe will help you.

I also posted an Idea to make this PCF export/import more easy.
