Revit Honors Exclude Options in (Sketch) Edit Mode
When you disable "Exclude Options" to select an object in a different option and then chose to edit it, say to edit the sketch of it, then Revit reverts to "Exclude Options" and also making some tools impossible to use, like the offset tool.
