When you slope a steel beam you can use a reference plane, in an elevation view to square off the end of the beams. For some reason you cannot do the same thing with a concrete beam. Concrete can be formed in any shape so this should be able to be accomplished the same way as a steel beam. Please see the video attached for the example.
