I need to troubleshoot Revit behavior. I have opened a support ticket with Autodesk support, and one of the recommended steps is "disable all add-ins". The tutorial for how to do so is... this page:
If this is such a common troubleshooting step, why is disabling all add-ins so difficult to do? And why do I need a third-party tool to do so? Shouldn't this functionality be provided stock with Revit?
I need a "Safe Mode" which launches Revit without any add-ins enabled, for troubleshooting's sake. Compare Mozilla Firefox's safe mode feature.
