"None of the created elements are visible" error simplification

When creating an element which isn't visible a generic warning box appears giving a list off possible reasons why it isn't visible. Changing this error window to a list of the actual reasons for the items absence would be a huge help. For an example the element might be below the cut plane and also filtered out. The error box would then inform the user of the two causes of the items absence.

This would be a big help.  Could at least identify the basics  like "this model group is turned off"  or "this annotation group, workset etc is turned off"
