"Custom view properties window"(filtered) and create multiple properties windows.
Filter properties and groups to be visible in a given property window, and save the layouts similar to how Adobe manages its tools and stores 'workspaces' or collections of these views and layouts.
This would allow filtering or breakouts of properties to isolate at different phases of projects.
