Provide API to create a curve connector

Hi, 

I want to connect a horizontal cable tray with a vertical cable tray by API like following picture: no fitting is created, only a curve connector is created in the middle point of the horizontal cable tray.

VERTICAL cable trays are very hard to create let alone fittings .
