Property lines should not move when Mirroring a project or Rotating North

Property lines should not move when Mirroring a project or Rotating North

Site elements as Propertie Lines, Toposurface, subregions, roads and plants (at least At least those that are in Existing Phase) should not move or rotate when Mirroring a project or Rotating project North.

It's very weird that a property line places with bearing and distances change it's bearings on table and model after you rotate project north.

Also, revit have an ancient error when rotating project North, that needs to be solved. If you have properties lines placed and then you rotate the project North, al most everithing rotate the angle you specify, but property lines rotate twice (one is more than enough)...

Take a look here:

I know that best practice is to not rotate project North, rotate the true North instead... But we need a tool that can move/rotate/mirror building model without affect the site.

Rotating true North create a mess too with property lines and building models, specially if you have an urban project with more than one property line (I know, it's better to work with links in an urban project) or if you have a one building project that occupe more that one legal propertie line (I know it too, you should merge all the properties In the corresponding governmental institution and work with one property line).

Property lines should be defined by its vertex coordinates, in order to do not move away from building project and its adjacent properties.
