Property Line: Report Coordinates at vertex and create by Coordinates

It would be very helpfull to report coordinates of line start point in property line schedules; also the ability to create property line by (shared) coordinates instead of only by bearing and distance.

Having coordinates to our property will help us to be more precise in property line location for shared coordinates plans, also create property line without a single click into the canvas (when recatin from bearing and distance we have to manually locate the property line, usually moving the survey point to be on the coordinates of one vertex of the actual property line, then move the property line to the survey point; and repeat if they are more property lines).

In my country, bearing and distance is less precise than coordinates, because bearing are rounding to arc-minutes, by regulation all property line have to shows it coordinates at vertex. (Also Revit only have the option to Degress or "Degres, Minutes and Seconds", own plans would be more consistent with the surveryors ones if we could round to minute of arc also).
