Projects tabs above and Views tabs below- like in AutoCAD

Projects tabs above and Views tabs below- like in AutoCAD

When you open 2 or 3 projects at the same time, all the view tabs of the projects get mixed up and it is very difficult to work. My suggestion - in the upper bar put the tabs of the open projects and in the lower bar put the tabs of views within the current project. As in AutoCAD - the file tabs are on top and the layout tabs are on the bottom.
