project browser by startup personalized by user on a shared project

I am working on a bim 360 project. This project has many views which are organized into subgroups using project parameters. Every time I open Revit after another person has synced , I have to find the views again that I was working with in the browser. My personal views are not accessible and it takes some time for me access my views. Is it possible to set the initial organization to what I had when I last synced. Or alternatively to set it to a common default that maybe shows the root folders only.

There is the option to use Manage>Starting View which might help you.

I don't know if I understand your question. Here at work I created two parameters to help organize the Project Browser. Design Phase and Description, these parameters are applied to design views and sheets and duplicate the types of views for each user. Below are some images to help you.

@hamiltonfilhoand @krzystoff, neither suggestion will help what @christof.vanwyk_arkitema is referring to here.

If you are working in a workshared project.  You have your Project Browser sorted a certain way.  You have certain views open in the tree and other views and such collapsed.  You sync your model....  Now, when someone else syncs, their Project Browser will now match what you had when you sync'd your model.  UGH!!!  Very frustrating.

If I collapse all, which I have a tendency to do when I have too many things open, that will now affect others.  Not pretty.

@Ric_Weber I agree!

It might seem to be a small banal detail, but it gets really tedious to orient ones self  in a large project. Maybe one could have the start page (like  @krzystoff suggested) with shortcuts with linked views and skip using the browser in the beginning. I have recently been using ctrl f and typing in the view name = much easier 🙂
