Preparing file for sending

Many of us have to purge the file from unused families, delete all sheets, views and schedules, leaving the file with a 3d view only, before sending the model to other consultants, this can be repetitive and in our case, we do this once a week.

A button to make this process automatically would be nice.

Autodesk has a tool (plugin) for this. It's called Transmit A Model. It now comes preinstalled upon deployment.

Yes, this functionality is available with eTransmit (Transmit Model(s)) under the Add-Ins tab.
