Phase Parameter Tag
I would like to be able to add the Phase of an element into the tag. For Example: EXIST W8X10, DEMO W8X10, TEMP W8X10 etc... Being able to change the Phase Name Existing to EXIST would be nice too.
What if you used a calculation in the tag? don't know if that is possible but maybe in 2017. And Demo shouldn't be a phase, and probably not temp either. Because most elements have a "created" selection and a "demolished" selection. Meaning temp = created and demolished in the same phase. Demo is depedent on your perspective. If the element is in Existing and demolished in New Construction, when the view is Existing, it isn't demo'd. In New Construction it is.
The Temp and Demo phase are fine and should be kept. I use them all the time. Temp phase to show that things like scaffolding are to be put up and torn down during construction. Demo phase should be dependent on your time/phase perspective. If I demo something in new construction it doesn't mean it was demoed in existing? It also means that that it will not show up in any phase after new.
